I live in Arizona but my sister lives in Las Vegas. She is currently in a nursing facility. I had to travel to get some paperwork and business done for her. Only to keep going around in circles with no help. I felt at that time very overwhelmed and lost, to the point of tears.

I knew it would take that one special person but I had know idea where to find that person. Call after call, taking notes and numbers of another organization, only to hit another wall. I felt very defeated and over my head. I was there for 5 days and on the 3rd day I felt like I struck gold. An angel was sent to me. Her name is Amy. She jumped right in giving me names and numbers. Making calls and anything she could do to help me. She offered her time and rides and being the best support and friend I could have asked for.

We came to a couple bumps in the road so we pulled in the big and incredible woman they had and again we had 2 days to accomplish the things we needed. Her name is Dora. She too went way above and beyond for me. She found out real fast how no one was helping me and she knew what needed to be done. She got applications and helped me over the phone on her time in between her meetings. She came to my hotel to pick up documents at like 8:00pm at night. She helped go over staffs heads when they would not step forward.
She even went to the facility 3 times to talk to nurses and the staff to get them to do what they needed. Phone call after phone call with me she was so patient and calm giving me advice.

These 2 women are angels that were put before me. Instead of one name I got 2.

I can not say enough positive and incredible things about them.
We still have away to go on my sisters case but at least I am not alone anymore feeling so defeated.

Thank both of these women from the bottom of my heart I don’t know what I would have done without you both. I even got a wonderful gift from them. A big squishy pillow to hold and punch if I needed.

Dear Rommel, we want to thank you for all that you have done regarding our sister Honey Lalumondiere. She has been a resident of Silver Sky Assisted Living since August 2019. Until recently, she was able to manage her diabetes and insulin injections independently. We received a call from her Caremore primary care nurse practitioner to express concern about Honey’s diabetes. Her insulin numbers were dangerously fluctuating. It was recommended by Deer Springs director Steve Starkey and the Nursing director to meet to discuss options. The meeting was promptly held on November 10th with Honey’s brother Lawrence (POA), sister Melody and sister in law Chrisey. This is when we were introduced to you, Rommel, as representative of Senior Resource of Nevada. We learned that you are knowledgeable and could coordinate the process of locating a more suitable living environment for Honey.

Since that day, you stayed in touch with us via phone and email with options. Specifically CLIA certified Care Homes with the ability to administer her daily insulin injections and monitoring. A tour was scheduled for November 20th for Honey and we family members. We were all very pleased.

Thanks to Rommel and Golden Years Memory Care manager and operator Else Joco, Honey moved in on November 22nd. The memory care team has been kind. and caring during the transition
adjustment. Our visits and phone calls with Honey have been positive. She appears to be more alert and has good things to say about staff, comfort and good meals! Thank you. Lawrence Grubb and Family

Mr. Timbal continually behaved professionally with family members, and I, especially with my mom. We are grateful and thankful for his help. Ultimately with his assistance, we were able to place my mom in a beautiful home where she is very happy, safe and comfortable. The home has wonderful staff, 24/7 and were "God sent". As our good Lord walked us all through this journey, Mr. Timbal was there with us throughout this journey.
